If you are reporting a problem, share the app version, device and operating-system version, what you expected, and what happened. A card name or set can help with a catalog question. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or anything you do not want to share by email.
Card match or estimate questions
For an identification issue, include the set and printed number if you know them, and explain which detail looks wrong. For a price estimate question, include the card printing, finish, display currency, and the date you saw it. MewScan estimates are references from available market data and are not guaranteed sale prices.
